Introduction to Dr. Vaughn - What is a doctor?

According to Merriam Webster Dictionary

Doctor:
- A learned or authoritative teacher
- A person who has earned one of the highest academic degrees conferred by a University
- A person skilled or specialized in healing arts
- Medicine Man

Hi, I'm Dr. Vaughn. Doctor is from the Greek root word "docere" which means teacher. I have a doctorate degree. I am a teacher. You will never see me in a white coat, or with a stethoscope around my neck. We have completely lost all sensibility in today's world of what a doctor is supposed to be.

A doctor should TEACH you how to be healthy! How many doctors today TEACH anything? Some doctors go to med school because they truly want to help people, absolutely. However, MOST doctors go to school because their parents made them or paid for it, because they can make LOTS of money, because they want status, power and authority over other people. A true doctor is humble, caring, kind and in-tune with your needs as a person, someone who will TEACH you how to find health!

It's easy to find disease, anyone can find disease. A doctor should help you to find HEALTH! Wake up to what is happening in the medical community today.
